Can't migrate from Google Keep

Can't migrate from Google Keep

I got the Google Keep archive from Google Takeout, but whenever  I try to import it to Notebook (web) in the settings menu a pop up windows tell me "unsupported file format" but it is a .zip and the only files are .html.

Am I doing something wrong or is there an issue with migrating?
