can't receive emails-don't know where to put in SPF and DKIM setup information

Hi I just signed up for business email with Zoho and bought a domain so I can send and receive email from my own email domains. At this moment I emails getting sent to me are getting rejected. My guess is because I need to set up SPF and DKIM but I seem to be missing something from reading the instructions. It tells me to log into https://manage.opensrs.net/ which I did but I don't see where to put in the SPF setting. Can you please give me more detailed instructions? Thank you!

Note: I think I understand the instruction fine but I don't know where in opensrs to put in the settings. Also I don't know where to get the minimum TTL from. I think I have to get it from opensrs but I don't know where. Here is what I see when I log into opensrs

Dear Zoho Mail users, Thanks to all of you for your continuous support.  We have recently started implementing the Inactive User Policy, for Zoho Mail.  A user is considered as inactive, if the user has not logged in to the Zoho mail account for a period of more than 120 days. The login through POP, IMAP and Active Sync are all taken into account for tracking the period of inactivity.  Whoever received the communication need not panic, as we have just communicated our policy to all the users.  To
