Can't track conversions using GTM

We had to move the installation of the SalesIQ widget from GTM to directly do it in our wordpress site. The SalesIQ widget was being blocked by Adblockers which caused a lot of our visitors to not be able to see it.

This issue was fixed from deleting the SalesIQ installation that was done through GTM and we installed it again using the wordpress plugin.

Now once again we see no events to track on google analytics. Is there a way to do it skipping the GTM?
