We have a lot of number formats in our database, we'd like to change them all to a uniform format. (+0123456789)

Currently we have formats like this:

+32123456789                       (in our country 32 = 0)

0123456789

and also a lot of them with ()-.+ characters in them like this for example:

(012) 345-6789

to clarify we want them all in this format: +0123456789

How can we easily do this?
