A lot of our consultants manually update the candidates we have in our database when they have a new job title as some candidates we already have for years in our systems.

Now the issue is with Zoho (we recently changed to Zoho) that we can not just edit that field put the title we want and save it when we working on a candidate as it is a pick list.

We just want the "current job title" to be a basic text field and where wondering how w could do that?

If it is not possible to change would it then be possible to put the field "Current Job Title" on inactive and create a new field ourself and transfer all the data from "Current Job Title" to our new field?
