Changing the "Deposit to" drop down options when recording an invoice payment

Hi, I'm a new user of Zoho books.
When I record a payment against an invoice, I need to use the "deposit to" field to log it as sales income or general income. However at the moment the drop down box only offers:
  1. Cash: petty cash and undeposited funds, and
  2. Other current liability: employee reimbursements or opening balance adjustments
How do I update the drop down box to include income options please?
The payment mode is bank transfer
