Hi,

Attached file is the condition we need to configure in bot. As we are not technical person in coding its completely clueless to us and we have tried with our in-house developer also who are facing troubles to configure it as well. 

Please let us know how can we incorporate this asap. Everyday we are getting thousand of leads on our website , without bot its impossible to handle.

Please prioritize my query and suggest solution earliest.
