Check In/Check Out Capabilities

Greetings ~

I just started using the ZOHO Docs application and would like to be able to have users "check out" a document, work on it (make changes), and then load it back up as a new version. Is there a way to be able to communicate to other users that the document has been checked out and they should not download it and make changes?

I think this simple version control capability is fundamental to any collaboration tool.
