Client Portal - Can Customer add a Credit Card to a Subscription?

Is it possible for customers to add a credit card to one of their subscriptions from the client portal? It seems that if there is already a card, they can edit details, but there is no obvious way to associate a new card with a subscription.

Any help on how to do this would be greatly appreciated!
