I run a supply teacher agency, I use ZOHO Recruit and I currently have to email booking confirmations and highly confidential vetting information to my schools ever time I place a teacher in a school. 

This process is quite long winded and has to be updated each year. 

I have had a school inform me that a competitor has a system that the school logs into to see job booking history and the teachers they have had in school. I am wondering if this is possible with ZOHO Recruit?

Or if not how would I be best to go about it?
