Trying to cancel the account but it keeps spamming " Please downgrade your subscriptions from the below services before closing your account."


However, there is no place to downgrade everything the odler posts refer to control panel, I have nothing on my control panel to change this

Can you point me in the right direction

And may i suggest that when closing accounts is clicked it simplifies it by allowing a tick next to any active subscriptions and closes them all down by another click
