Hello everyone,

Here is what I would like to accomplish:

I have enabled Projects Integration within Zoho Desk. When I connect the Desk ticket to a Projects ticket and close the Zoho ticket, only a comment is passed to Projects. In the Projects ticket, the comments show that the associated Desk ticket has been closed.

However, this is not enough. I want Projects to close automatically when I close the ticket in Desk. Is this possible? How can this be mapped?
