Close Zoho Free Zoho and move info to Company account

Close Zoho Free Zoho and move info to Company account

Hi,
My co-worker opened a trial account with Zoho. This person was unaware of our company account and I like to transfer his trial account to ours.  

Does he need to cancel his trial account or can he export all the information he created into our company ZOHO crm.
