Hi there, I am trying to close my ZOHO invoice account, however, I am struggling as this message keep popping up

You are an administrator of your organization : "imagineimages". You should cancel your organization from Business, before closing your account.


I click of the link and it take me through to mail, and no further instruction is provided and its driving me mad.... any suggestions how close this account?????
