Color Codes

Currently the color codes associated with Candidates are very dull and dim. Can't even figure out anything using those color codes. 1) The color codes a little larges and shaded types. It should be bold and highlighted otherwise the whole purpose of having color codes is defeated 2) Your resume auto matching algos poor. I have had several instances where the Algos rated a candidate less than 20% but they were shortlisted by clients. I personally view all the resumes irrespective of the scores. Many resumes with low scores have been a perfect match for the job. So the Algos needs to be tweaked and made more effective 3) Please make the dashboard colorful. It's very dull color template. (I have used 15+ TOP ATS's in my career and found most of it all to be awesome in terms of UI/UX and visual appeal) Zoho Recruit is the only indian ATS that can compete globally. But there is so so much room for improvements. Unless and until we quickly adapt and innovate, we will always be where we started. Zoho Recruit has all the fantastic features and desperately needs a UI UX Overhaul
