Hello, can I create a workflow rule combining change of job opening status and application status in zoho recruit automation?

I am trying to create a workflow rule for the following scenario: When job opening status is changed to X, send an email to Application Status = Y.

It does not seem like it is allowed to combine JOb Opening status with Application status when I build a workflow rule, is that correct? Is there any other way I can achieve this?
