Comment Box @ end of Zoho Assist

When I end a remote support session, I get a box that asks for comments about the interaction via Zoho Assist.

Is this box where I leave support notes regarding the Zoho Assist connection for future reference, IE removed Virus, Defraged Etc. Or is this a support note for Zoho asking how the interaction was?
