I'm trying to create a plug-in in Zoho SalesIQ that automatically transfers a chat to a specific department when it detects a message with the text "A Macal Madeiras salesperson will contact you." Estou tentando criar um plug-in no Zoho SalesIQ que transfira automaticamente um chat para um departamento específico ao detectar uma mensagem com o texto "Um vendedor da Macal Madeiras entrará em contato". Configurei um parâmetro de entrada chatid, mas continuo recebendo o erro "Variable 'chatid' is not defined". Alguém pode me ajudar a corrigir o código Deluge abaixo?
