Conditional formatting based on another field

Hi

I have two fields on my form stage 1 complete and stage 1 deadline. I am trying to setup conditional formatting so that if stage 1 complete is after stage 1 deadline the record is highlighted in red.

I need both stage 1 complete and stage 1 deadline fields to be user editable.

Any help appreciated.
