I have been trying to figure something out for quite some time now but haven't had any luck. I need to consolidate multiple records from a Zoho Creator form into a single email based on certain criteria. For example, I have a form for which each record has an "Owner" (a user in our system). I know that I can send an email to said owner for each record individually. Problem is, there might be 5-10 records that need to go out at a time. Is there anyway to consolidate all of these records into a single email notification via an inline message using record templates?
