Contacts not removed when syncing a custom view in CRM to Campaigns
I am syncing a custom view in CRM with Zoho Campaigns. The initial sync worked great. However, as customers are removed from this custom view in CRM, they are not getting removed from the list in Zoho Campaigns.
These customers are not deleted from our CRM system, they just no longer meet the criteria to be included in the custom view. How do I get them removed from Zoho Campaigns so the mailing list in Zoho Campaigns matches the list in the custom view in CRM?
