Contacts with Deals not appearing.
What: I simply want to see all of the contacts that are tied to an open deal
Problem: In Contacts Module > When filtering on Contacts with an open deal, Zoho only shows some Contacts instead of all.
Details: More specifically, I should have ~200 contacts who are associated with ~40 open Deal records, but when I go to the contacts module and only filter on "Deal Stage > Is Not Empty" then I only see ~10 contacts.
Examples
example 1: Deal X has 3 contacts associated with that record. but the contact filter above only shows one of those contacts, not all three. (So the problem can't be the way the deal was setup)
example 2: Deal A and Deal B both only have one contact tied to each deal (Contact A and Contact B), both deals are in the same stage/stage/status etc... but the contact filter above only shows Contact A, not Contact B. (So the problem also isn't that Zoho is Only the primary contact)
example 3: Interestingly, the contacts that Do appear in the above filter all have one thing in common (and non of the non-appearing contacts have this), then after opening the contact, the deal name/appears twice. in addition to the normal Deal section at the bottom of the contact record, these contacts also show the same deal/link at the top nested alongside "Finance Details". But no record of the deal seems to exist in zoho books or finance (we don't really use those anyways)
Any Idea why this is happening?
