Contacts (Zoho CRM) table not showing up in Lookup menu from Accounts (Zoho CRM) Table
I am trying to create a lookup column using the Zoho CRM tables.
In our CRM we have added a field to the Accounts module that is a Contact lookup field. That data is imported into the analytics table via the ID of the contact that was selected for the account. I would like to link that to the contacts table, so I went to create a lookup column. However, when I select the field from the Accounts (Zoho CRM) table and then go to select the other column, the Contacts (Zoho CRM) table does not show up at all. What can I do to resolve this?
Note that other custom created lookup fields seem to be linked automatically to lookup columns, this is the only one that didn't.
