Convert to Org

Hi,

We have serval account in other zoho org, and join us as external user.

And now we would like to convert them to our org by this button.

However everytime I click , it state that this user is in other org eventhough the user is inactve in other zoho.

and I cannot find any function for us to remove a user from org.

So may I ask how to do that?
