I need to achieve the following;

Calculate the cost per square meter which is basically - The sum cost of Issuevalue/Distinct SUM OF Area, The Area varies for the different consumeddivision and based on the selections on the consumeddivision in the filter, We should have the sum of the Area of the selections e.g
If we Select Chep and Kap in consumeddivision filters we should have the sum of issuevalue for the two locations/Sum area of (Chep and Kap)
