Need to create an online program to manage contacts, clients, jobs, due dates, status of information received from clients and assignment of jobs to staff. System needs to periodically and automatically send email merge reminders to contacts regarding status of work, what information has been received so far and what information is pending from them. It needs to be able to create and modify what information is required for each job type. Need to be able to export reports and information to excel. Need to be able to mail merge word documents from online database.
