Creating reports based on filtered view

Good morning.

I'm trying to create a report based on a filtered module view in Zoho Reports, but I'm unable to make that work.



I can't figure out how to make these or similar filters in the report creator. I need the reports to run based on these criteria as that's how our data is structured.
