Hi

I want to downgrade my docs account because Zoho docs does not allow my team to collaborate properly (shared workspace functionality is just wrong - only the superadmin can create folders and then cannot upload files to them so the concept of sharing an organised set of documents between users is lost).

So I decided to downgrade my account - in order to do this, I discovered I had (intuitively) to click on the link called upgrade (hint, Zoho, change the name to "change"). Then, having elected to down grade to the free account, I am required to enter my credit card details! Incredible!

Do you guys have usability experts? If so, sack them, and get better ones. I could recommend a way of finding better than ones. Pick up the phone book for your local city and choose any name from it. There, easy, wasn't it?
