CRM fields not showing up in Zoho Analytics
We are using Zoho CRM + Analytics to run a student support program, and we are trying to build out basic reports in Analytics about this program. We keep encountering a problem where important fields do not show up in Analytics even though they are checking in our sync configuration.
More specifically:
- I want to create a report showing how many times a student has met with a mentor in a given month, including both the student and mentor names
- We have a custom "mentor sessions" module that logs each meeting with a mentor. In theory, we could join this with student info using the student ID and with mentor info using the mentor name or ID
- In practice the fields we need don't show up! As you can see in the attached screenshots, every mentor session has a mentor account that indicates which mentor led it. As you can also see, we have checked the box for that field to be imported into Analytics. However, it is nowhere to be found in our Mentor Sessions table in Analytics
Can you please help us understand why this is not showing up and how we could fix it?
