CRM integration error - "Record Id not available to update the record."

Hi,

I am trying to synchronise my Survey with the records in my CRM but when I look at the CRM sync status it shows me that none of the records are successful with the cause of failure to be "Record Id not available to update the record." - Screenshot attached.

Could I have some guidance as to what I am doing wrong here?
