CRM Integration owned by user from a different Zoho Customer?
Hoping someone had similar issue, as we are at a dead end trying to resolve this with support. We created a demo crm plus account a few months ago, converted to paid, and we have been battling an issue where desk will not integrate to crm, and desk will not integrate to salesiq, along with some other weird integration issues.
Support is telling us the integration was done by some email address that is not from our company. It belongs to a medical device company across the country, and support only insists we contact the person at that company to resolve it. Maybe im crazy but contacting a random person at some other company where our accounts are somehow tied together on the back end seems like really not my responsibility here.
Aside from just leaving zoho, are there any other options? support said they need confirmation from the person at another company we dont even know to fix our integration. This is all crazy.
