Hi Everyone,

Can anyone from a Recruitment Agency provide some insight on what workflow they use to work with CRM and Recruit?

Currently - we use Recruit for our Job Board and emailing candidates on opportunities.

We would like to use CRM - but it seems as though there is a lot of double up / confusion by Zoho on how recruitment actually works as a service.

As a recruitment agency, we have the job board on the website. So the following happens:
  • Candidate applies to job
  • Comes through to Zoho Recruit Portal
  • Candidate associated to job
  • Recruiter - assess candidate 
  • Processes candidate . placement etc
CRM - collects leads.... BUT

i can see this is more for leads?

BUT - the job of a Recruitment Consultant is:
  • Business Development
  • Marketing
  • Candidate resoucing
  • application assessment
  • sending applications etc
Zoho - has these tasks split over two databases... it seems WAY to fussy and disruptive to send the recruitment consultant across 2 seperate APPS... and to also have to build 2 apps.

Is anyone else from Recruitment Agency finding this difficult?
