Currency Not working

Hi,

I have a strange one. I have a custom template. It works great. I have all my customers set to ZAR-South Africa. My default settings under currency is also ZAR-South Africa. When i make an invoice it defaults to ZAR-Namibian Dollars????

I don't know how to fix it.
