I've been looking for a solution similar to this but for Dialogflow:

I have to create a bot where the user can request a quote. But there are way too many option to put them into a "multiple select" input card. So I will need the user to type it in. I want to store this data in a custom field that can be seen in the CRM also.

Is it possible to create a custom field such as the "name" input field through the Dialogflow Custom Payload?

Any help?
