Custom function for moving a contact from one account to another

There is already a question on the forum about moving a contact from one account to another. Michael Trow answered that there was a custom function for this but the link he gave (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/automation/custom-functions.html)) now 404s. 

Where can we find this custom function now?
