So far the experience with Zoho FSM and the integration with Books has been good, however there are limitations with service reports. As with my business, many organisations send technicians to different types of jobs that call for a different set of inspection items or checklists.

Will there be an upcoming improvement to allow the creation of different service appointment checklists, that can be assigned to the work order / service appointment?

If not, will Zoho forms work and interface with FSM so the correct checklist can be associated with the work order / service appointment?
