Custom Styles don't show on Mobile S

It looks like styles for Zoho Survey Forms are not applied to MOBILE S screen size / resolutions

Below are two screenshots from Chrome's built in Device Tester.

Mobile M shows styles are active. Mobile S displays non-styled content in the embeded iframe.

** Note that all styles are working on other areas of host page... only Zoho served Survey Form content is effected.
