Customisation of journey based on Zoho survey response

Hi, 

We have a requirement to send targeted emails based on the response of the user to a particular question in a survey. Journey in marketing hub allows branching based on "Survey started" and "Survey Completed" events only. 

Is it possible to branch the Journey based on the response to a "Rating" question in a survey? For example, if the user has started the survey and given 3 star rating as a response, a separate email must be sent as to when the user has given a 5 star rating. 

Is it possible to implement this use case with Marketing Hub or Zoho Campaigns? Any suggestions/advice would be apprciated.
