Customizing attendees list columns

Hi,

We are using Backstage to manage our multiple events. One users need to work on the attendee list for every events and exporting requires a bit of work. only 4 columns are relevant for her, and one of them (company) is hidden under the "include order details" switch.
How can I'improve and facilitate this export (maiy be automate), to get the name, email and this order details field (company)?
How can I export only a specific set of column ?
How can I automate the export and mail the csv?

We only have a backstage subscription.
