CVs are not parsing when candidates apply through career website or API

CVs are not parsing when candidates apply through career website or API

I noticed recently that when a candidate applies through careers website or our own website which is linked through an API to Zoho Recruit their CVs are not parsed automatically, is this something normal or is it just my account or it just need any modifications in the options?
