Darshan Hiranandani : How can I configure my email system to automatically open the next email after I archive or delete the current one?
Hi Team,
I’m Darshan Hiranandani, currently transitioning from Gmail to Zoho and am having difficulty with a specific workflow. In Gmail, I could quickly move through my Inbox by archiving emails and automatically opening the next one, which was very efficient for handling my messages.
In Zoho, however, after archiving an email, I need to manually click back to the Inbox and then select the next email. I haven’t found any settings or options to automate this process in Zoho.
Does anyone know of a way to automatically open the next email after archiving the current one in Zoho? Any suggestions or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!
