During the migration process from another Zoho account (different company), I can correctly map all files, candidates, attachments, experience and educational details.
But when confirming it I always get an error in the mapping of the candidate module: "Error occurred. Please try again later."
I have tried importing from "Zoho Recruit", "Other ATS" and also uploading only the candidate table in both options, getting the same error. So I think it's some bug in the backend of our account.
I have submitted a support ticket, but since about 6 months ago (when you removed the support chat) your support service is very poor.
