De-duplicate doesn't work in Zoho recruit

De-duplicate doesn't work in Zoho recruit

Instructions do not make sense.

"To merge duplicate records:

  1. Click the [Module] tab.
    (Module refers to the tabs like Candidates, Contacts, etc.) 
  2. In the [Module] Home page, under [Module] Tools, click Deduplicate [Module].
  3. In the Deduplicate [Module] page, Select Field by which you would like to search the duplicate records. 
  4. Click Next."
There is no 'Tools" option......

Help. Called support - no answer. Started Chat..no response. Can't email support - 'send' button won't acknowledge after composing email.

This is a huge problem for me. Notes on candidate activity and emails getting mixed.
