Deactivate User With Integrations - There's a problem in communicating with Zoho Analytics.

Hello,

I am trying to deactivate an integrated user that is currently the owner of the Analytics app but am getting the error "There's a problem in communicating with Zoho Analytics." when clicking on "show details" in Books -> Settings -> Integrations.

When trying to deactivate the user under the Admin panel, it prompts the error "Unable to deactivate user in Books and Invoices. After following the troubleshooting guide, it pointed me to removing the user in Analytics, which I am unable to do.
