Delay in Analytics Reports
We have custom reports created in Analytics (inside of People) to create timesheet reports in pivot table format. Once the employee submits their timesheet we use this to summarize their hours during the week for billing our consulting clients. The problem is that their is a delay in the reports showing up. On the Zoho Analytics side we have the sync set to the shortest sync interval which is three hours. However, this creates a situation where our billing staff have to wait to see the billing data. They want the billing data right when the employee hits Submit on their time sheet on Friday afternoon at 3pm.
Is there any way to force an update to Analytics to pull the data from People such that when we retrieve the pivot table report inside of People it will populate much more quickly? If we go to Analytics I have created the very same report over there but this also does not populate quickly enough.
Is there a Deluge script I could run which would trigger the sync process to happen more quickly and have this apply during the timesheet approval workflow (or create a new workflow which runs once the timesheet is submitted)?
