Hello!
Because of the miscommunication, my colleague has created an extra Bigin account. I have created one too and upgraded it.
Now I can't add this said college into 'my' Bigin as a user: "Email associated with an existing user."
None of us can find a place he can delete his account (as it's very easily managed with other Zoho apps) or do anything about it to be able to add him as a user. I know we can use some other email but I hope there is some easy and logical way to cope with it besides multiplying emails.
Please advice what can be done in this situation
