Deprecation of older versions of ASAP Mobile SDK | Zoho Desk

Hello, everyone. 

 

Greetings from Zoho Desk ASAP!

 

In order to continue to deliver the best and most secure experience to our mobile SDK users. On account of the recent enhancements and updates to the mobile SDKs, we have planned to mark the older versions of the Mobile SDKs for deprecation to ensure stable and smooth operation.

 

Which versions does this affect?

 

We have planned to deprecate the below versions:

 

Platforms

Versions

iOS

V 2.0.13 and older versions

Android

V 2.0.10 and older versions

React - Native

V 1.0.5 and older versions

 

What do I need to do?

 

If your app uses a version that has been marked for deprecation, we recommend you update it with the latest versions of Mobile SDKs available for the platform before the deprecation date 31.03.2022 for disruption-free operations.

 

Note :

The deprecation will happen on 31st March 2022.

 

The versions of Mobile SDKs that have been marked for deprecation will stop working if not updated within the estimated deprecation timeline.
