Hello everyone,

I've encountered an issue where each item has a lengthy description that spans two page. This is causing difficulties when trying to view the data in the list view.

Furthermore, the data appears unformatted when attempting to view it. Is there a way to ensure that the description is properly formatted or limited to fewer characters?

This is not formatted properly, however on PDF this all text looks great and formatted. 

Perhaps there could be an option for an HTML field to address this concern?

I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions regarding this matter.
