Develop Zoho Meeting as a Full Native Application (Not a Browser Wrapper)

Hello Zoho Meeting Team,
Hope you are doing well.

We would like to suggest an important improvement regarding the Zoho Meeting desktop application.

At the moment, the Zoho Meeting app feels more like a mini browser window or an iframe that loads the web version of Zoho Meeting, rather than a true native application. This creates several usability and performance challenges.

Current Experience:
  1. The app behaves almost identically to the web interface.

  2. It requires manual login every time, while the browser (like Chrome) normally saves credentials and supports autofill - which the app does not.

  3. It lacks the smooth performance, and convenience expected from a modern desktop app.

Requested Enhancement:

Please consider developing a full native Zoho Meeting desktop app (for Windows, macOS, and Linux) - built with native frameworks rather than as a browser wrapper.

Reasons & Benefits
  1. Improved Performance & Stability: A native app would handle video and screen sharing more efficiently, with smoother audio/video rendering and lower CPU usage.

  2. Better Integration with the Operating System: Support for system-level notifications, Native window controls and keyboard shortcuts

  3. Better hardware access for camera, microphone, and screen sharing

  4. Single Sign-On and Credential Storage: A proper app could securely store Zoho credentials or integrate with existing Zoho One login sessions, avoiding the need to manually log in every time.

  5. Professional Look & Feel: A dedicated UI designed for desktop use would make Zoho Meeting feel more polished and competitive compared to other meeting apps like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet, which all offer robust native clients.

We believe that building Zoho Meeting as a true native application would greatly improve user adoption, performance, and overall satisfaction.
