Hi!

This post is more or less for the Zoho Team. But I would also like to hear the community to different topics (especially the firefox regarding ones). Thats why I write it in the forums.
  1. When will it be possible to switch to 24h time-format? You sell it in Europe, especially germany, so this is a MUST.
  2. When will it be possible to add currency symbols in reports?
  3. When will it be possible to round sums in report? Sums like this look quite "dumb" 15.179999999999998 / 158.45000000000002. Or is it possible and it is just me who is dumb? :)
  4. When will recurring Tickets be available (without workaround with reports)
  5. When will it be possible to either create own channels or at least set a standard channel? Twitter as first channel is not very good (even after deleting all brand information it is still there)
  6. Shortcuts are not available in Firefox, is this a known bug / incompatibility?
  7. If you got a screen with 2560px width, the pages are cut off on the right border in firefox (Send / Send close button). When you resize the window to ~2000px everything is perfect. Is this a known incompatibility?
